Welcome to INCHER Noah Weisswange and Adam Hardaker!
Noah Weisswange joined INCHER in April 2025 as a researcher in the project ‘International Mobility as Strategy and Result in National Excellence Competition’ which is part of the DFG Research Unit ‘Multiple Competition in the Higher Education System - Internationalisation and International Comparison’. Noah completed a bachelor's degree in Economics at the University of Hamburg and a master's degree in Economic Behaviour and Governance at the University of Kassel. He has been a student assistant at INCHER since 2023.
Michael ‘Adam’ Hardaker has two bachelor's degrees, one from Bard College Berlin in Economics, Politics and Social Thought and the other from the University of Florida in Agriculture Operations Management. He holds an MSc. in Economic Behaviour and Governance from the University of Kassel.In April 2025, he joined the research team of the project An Emerging European Labour Market in Higher Education (EmLHE) under the direction of Guido Bünstorf.
